Sean Lindsey

Sean Lindsey is one of the fastest rising stars in the legal profession. After obtaining his law degree from the University of Miami, Sean has spent his entire career practicing complex family law while representing high net-worth and high-profile clientele with divorce, child custody, and domestic violence issues. Since starting his own firm, Lindsey Wilson, PLLC., Sean has represented over fifty professional athletes across the country in various paternity and divorce matters, and routinely handles high-conflict family law cases with multi-national assets. Mr. Lindsey also handles all family law related cases including divorce, post-judgment enforcement and modification, drafting of prenuptial agreements, Hague kidnapping, and domestic violence.

Sean has a unique understanding of the challenges specific to the representation of professional athletes, ranging from league contracts to their unusual work schedules, their livelihoods, privacy concerns, and how such issues impact family law related matters. Sean also has an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University, which gives him an advantage when dealing with financial, accounting, and entity related issues. Prior to attending Nova Southeastern University, Sean was a D1 collegiate athlete for West Virginia University.
